Making Reservations for the 2017 Tea

Beaufort History Museum’s 3^rd Annual Tea: Crowning Glory—Celebrating the Role of Women’s Hats in Southern Culture

Reservations can be made by credit card or PayPal account via the Museum’s website at http://tea.beauforthistorymuseum.com (please note that we cannot accept checks for reservations). When you successfully complete your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you to the Tea on May 10^th to register as you enter the Carolina Room.

If you wish to sit at the same table with several friends, we suggest that you consider reserving a Table for 10 by purchasing the entire table in a single transaction on the Museum’s website at the price of $500.00—a savings of $100.00! Please note: we cannot guarantee that groups of people will be seated at the same table, unless an entire Table of 10 is purchased with a single transaction on the Museum’s website. Aside from Tables of 10 that are purchased, all seating at the Tea will be open seating.

At the time of your transaction to reserve a Table of 10, you will be asked to indicate your name and the names of up to 9 additional people who will sit at the table with you. If you do not have all of the guests’ names at the time of the transaction, we will contact you at the phone number you provide when you purchase the table reservation, to verify the names of all of the guests at your table. The table reservation will be held in the name of the person who pays for the table.

Below are examples of the reservation screens. This first one is what you (as the registrant) will complete, whether making an Individual or Table for 10 reservation. If you selected Table of 10, then you will see the buttons at the bottom for 'Add Guest', otherwise not. Remember when all done, use the Next button to proceed to payment.

To Add Guests (up to 9 additional guests, to complete a Table for 10 reservation), use the Add Guest button, looping through the process of entering the information for each guest. As each guest is accepted, they will appear as below, in a list under your reservation information. Once they're all entered, use the Next button to proceed with your payment.

If you have difficulty making your reservations for the Tea via the Museum’s website, please contact us via email at: teareservations@beauforthistorymuseum.com. In your email note, please provide:

Your name;
A brief description of the difficulty you are having or your question; and
A phone number so we can reach you.

Please do not call the Museum’s office for information about Tea reservations because you will be referred to the email address below. Phone messages are checked only two days a week and that will delay a response to your question.
